The FLEXI Pass - The FLEXI Pass

The Vienna FLEXI Pass is a QR code card that grants the cardholder free, one-time access to 2, 3, 4 or 5 attractions listed in the FLEXI Pass Guidebook or on the website for a one-off fee, during a validity period of 60 calendar days from the first use.

The Vienna FLEXI Pass is available for 2, 3, 4 or 5 visits, and in adult (from 19 years) and junior (6 to 18 years) versions.

If a Vienna FLEXI Pass that has not yet been used is lost, VPG Vienna Pass GmbH must be notified immediately info(at)flexipass.com . For evidence purposes, written notification is expressly recommended. Once proof of identity has been provided, the lost pass will be blocked to prevent misuse. A replacement card will be issued to the cardholder against payment of a processing fee of €10.50. Each cardholder must store his/her Vienna FLEXI Pass in such a way that third parties have no access to it. No access or replacement will be granted if the card is forgotten.

The Vienna FLEXI Pass Guidebook is produced by VPG Vienna Pass GmbH and is included with the Vienna FLEXI Pass. The Vienna FLEXI Pass Guidebook contains all the attractions and other services included in the Vienna FLEXI Pass, including contact details and opening times.

With the Vienna FLEXI Pass you save money right from the start. To calculate your approximate savings, check which attractions are included in the pass and how much the entrance tickets would cost without the pass.

The Vienna FLEXI Pass is worth it for you if you want to visit two or more attractions in a short period of time. It is best to check in advance which attractions are included in the PASS and how much the admission would cost without the pass.

You can choose between up to 60 sights - including Schönbrunn Palace, the Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel, Schönbrunn Zoo, the Danube Tower, the Albertina and the Hofburg. Go to the list of all Vienna FLEXI Pass sights.

Admission prices vary from attraction to attraction, but an average adult ticket costs more than EUR 10, in some cases even more than EUR 20! You can find more information on this in the overview list of attractions.

Most attractions are open all year round, with some exceptions around Christmas and New Year. You can find out more about the opening times of the attractions here or on the relevant page in the Vienna PASS Guidebook.

No, the Vienna FLEXI Pass gives you one-time entry to each attraction.

The opening times of our Vienna FLEXI Pass partner attractions can be found in the Vienna FLEXI Pass Booklet, which you can download and receive in printed form with your Vienna FLEXI Pass. We endeavour to keep the booklet up to date, but we cannot accept liability for errors. In the Vienna FLEXI Pass booklet you will also find the contact details of the attractions for further information. In case of doubt, the opening times on the websites of our contractual partners apply in any case.

The price depends on the number of visits included. The Vienna FLEXI Pass is available in versions for 2, 3, 4 or 5 visits. You can find a price overview in our shop.

Children and young people aged 6 to 18 receive a Junior Vienna FLEXI Pass for half price. From their 19th birthday, the adult pass is valid. The time of use is decisive, not the date of purchase.

Children under 6 accompanied by Vienna FLEXI Pass holders have free access to the FLEXI Pass attractions.

Some attractions offer discounted tickets or free tickets for people with special needs and their companions, so the Vienna Flexi PASS may not be the cheapest rate for you. It is best to inquire directly at the attractions you want to visit. We also ask you to inquire directly at the attractions regarding accessibility.

You can order a maximum of 10 passes in our online shop. The Vienna FLEXI Pass is not really suitable for groups, as many museums offer discounted group rates anyway. If you order the Vienna FLEXI Pass online, you can have it delivered to you - we will be happy to send the pass to your home before you travel. Alternatively, you can pick up the pass yourself from our Vienna Sightseeing & Vienna PASS Service Center.

There is also the option of the mobile Vienna FLEXI Pass, i.e. you can download your Vienna FLEXI Pass order directly to your smartphone.

Yes, you can buy the Vienna FLEXI Pass directly in the city center, at the VIENNA SIGHTSEEING & Vienna PASS Service Center (Opernring 3-5, Top 17-24, 1010 Vienna).

We will refund 100% of Vienna FLEXI passes that you have purchased via the viennapass.de webshop up to 30 days after the purchase date, provided they have not yet been used. Please write to us at info(at)flexipass.com. If you have booked through one of our sales partners, please contact them. Cash sales cannot be cancelled. Delays may occur due to traffic. No refunds for traffic-related delays.

The Vienna FLEXI Pass is valid for 2, 3, 4 or 5 entries after activation with a FLEXI Pass partner for 60 consecutive calendar days, depending on the agreement. The number of entries is expressly printed on the Vienna FLEXI Pass. The Vienna FLEXI Pass must be redeemed within one year of purchase, after which the card loses its value. If the contract between VPG Vienna PASS GmbH and a contractual partner ends, the validity of the Vienna FLEXI Pass in relation to the respective contractual partner's attractions also ends automatically.

The cardholder is obliged to state the first day of use on the back of the Vienna FLEXI Pass. This is then valid for 60 calendar days from the first use. The Vienna FLEXI Pass is transferable.

The cardholder can use the services as listed in the Vienna FLEXI Pass Guidebook during the validity period of the Vienna FLEXI Pass. The cardholder must be able to present a valid official photo ID if this is requested by one of the contracting parties.

There is no right to reimbursement for services not used or consumed, or for days when attractions are closed within the period of validity.

The cardholder is obliged to keep the Vienna FLEXI Pass carefully.
